Additional Display and Shipping Information

Exhibit Booths - We are contracted with ECS Exhibition Contractor in Ireland, who will supply the booth structures and furnishings. The booths are hard walled “Octanorm” stands – 3 meter wide and 2 meter deep They will come equipped with

  • Name card
  • One 2 m draped table
  • Two chairs
  • 1 13 amp- 3 pin double socket (see photo attached)

NOTE: The booth has hard walls – you may affix to them with sticky tape of some kind. DO NOT USE pins or tacks – You will be charged for Damaged Panels)

 In addition to the booth structure – exhibitors will receive

  • 2 Exhibit Hall passes
  • Listing on the website, final program, welcome signage and Technical Digest.

Tables will have one draped 6 ft. table. The tables will not have the Octanorm structure. This are meant to be unmanned.

Registration – Each Booth exhibitor will receive two (2) exhibit Hall passes/ Tables will receive one (1).

Please email Sue Kingston the names of participants who should recieve passes.

This Badge does NOT give exhibitors access to the technical sessions or the social activities. If any exhibitors want to participate they must register as a Conference participant.

Sun. 10/30 – 7:30 am – 5:00 pm

Mon. 10/31 – 7:30 am – 5:00 pm

Tear Down – Mon. – 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm
